Would beating the Gaints this week be enough of a revenge game to make up for the loss of SB 42? If not what would it take? Also, what factor does revenge on that game have for this game?

The only revenge games I'm hoping for are against the Bills and Steelers in the playoffs.

I'dl like to kick the crap out of the giants also but a regular season game is no SB.

I don't think anything could fully avenge that.

We could beat them the next 20 times in the regular season and it wouldn't avenge that ****. They ruined history for us.

We'd have to at least beat them in a super bowl

The answer is yes if a regular season game equals a World Championship.

SB over the NYG would be a start.

The helmet catch ruined what would have been one of the most dominant seasons ever in pro sports. There would have been NO doubts on what was the best NFL single season performance had the Pats won.

Um... no. I don't think anything could make up for it.

Agreed......nothing short of being them in the SB to start would make up for it. Maybe if Plexico goes back to jail for shooting himself again, it might help.

A SuperBowl win would take away a lot of the sting from the game that shall not be named.
