I will start this off by saying I don’t think Drew Bledsoe is a great QB. He holds the ball too long at times – like when he took that brutal sack late in the Philly game this year – and he has little mobility. That being said I think the awful Cowboy o-line has made him look a lot worse than he is. The Giants destroyed him in Monday night and I think the INT he threw before the half was a result of him THINKING he had to throw fast. What does all this have to do with the loser TO? Well TO just threw Drew under the bus. Here is his recent quote:

T.O. said yesterday he already feels better chemistry with Tony Romo than he ever did with deposed starter Drew Bledsoe. Owens even had an example, pointing out his 8-yard touchdown catch against New York Giants on Monday night.

“I looked across the formation and he looked at me and he knew what was going on,†Owens said. “It’s just two players making a play.â€

Did he and Bledsoe ever develop that bond?

“I honestly tried to do that time and time again,†he said. “But for whatever reason, it didn’t happen.â€

TO did all he could do! He tried so hard but Drew just could not get on the same page with him.

This is the same guy that missed all of the pre-season when he and Bledsoe could have gotten on the same page.

This is the same guy that has dropped a couple of TD passes this year and pulled up in the Philly game because he did not want to get hit my S Mike Lewis. None of this is his fault – just ask him.

There is no doubt that TO is an extremely talented player but the guy is such a jerk. If the team is going well he is the reason – in his mind – and if the team is having issues it is everyone else’s fault. I was never a Cowboys fan to begin with but I seriously hope the only game the Boys win for the rest of the year is their game against the Colts. I would love to see them go 4-12 and watch that team tear itself apart.

So what's your point?????

Just kidding, but I think we all know that T.O. is a complete jerk and that this is his standard paranoid schizophrenic ego-maniac behavior.

To go over what T.O. said or didn't say at this point is irrelevant.

Everybody except Jerry Jones already knows this guy's story.

I know Drew has his faults, but one fault that was not his, was the cowboys signing this clown, he had no chance to win in that situation, which is one of the reasons for those problems...

I don't think those comments are that outrageous, as far as TO goes. It's not really saying Drew is worse than Romo, just that he couldn't get on the same page. Some players work together better than others.

If TO didn't have a history of not getting along with EVERY other QB, it wouldn't be a big deal. But this is more TO being TO. Who CARES how he feels about the switch? Why should he even be opening up his big mouth about this?

I also heard on some Access or ESPN show that TO and Romo developed a bond after practices when Romo would stay behind with him and throw the ball around. It's no wonder he likes Romo better.

Times like this, I sure appreciate our team's "no comment" attitude.

I'm happy Drew got benched. It's like watching a punch drunk Muhammad Ali get pummeled by Larry Holmes. Retire and be done with it.

I don't see that as a diss, it was pretty obvious that he and Drew didn't have good chemistry. That's not surprising considering the time Bledsoe has played with Glenn.

Or the fact that you can't teach an old stubborn dog new tricks!

When oh when will teams ever learn that a moron is a moron is a moron. TO's act is so *old* at this point. The Patriots learned early that these kind of guy's, regardless of their talent level, are *not* what you should have on your team. He wasn't happy in San Francisco and kicked up a fuss and didn't get along with his QB, same thing in Philly and now Dallas. Honestly, Drew isn't a great QB but he deserves better than this jerk.

This one is not on Drew. It's on TO. It's pretty obvious the guy is a cancer in the locker room, and he's turned players against Drew. He comes onto your team, and the next thing you know there's dissension everywhere. That's what's happening in Dallas.

Drew is a mediocre at best QB at this point, a shade above Kerry Collins. But Tony Romo did come into the game last week and he threw 3 INTs. That tells you something about the Dallas team.

This situation is about to blow up. You watch. if Romo fails in his starting stint, they're going to give the job back to Drew? Then what? How is Drew going to play with TO? How is TO going to feel when both he and Glenn are open and Drew throws it Glenn's way.

I have to say, I'm hoping Romo fails not because I'm a Drew fan, but because I find it fascinating to watch, and I'd love to see TO explode again with his BS.

I have to admit, watching what is hapening in Dallas IS quite fascinating....in a "SO glad that's not us" kind of way. I can't wait until the Sunday night game either....just so I can see more of the Tuna scowling in befuddlement on the sidelines. Or TO screaming at no one and everyone everytime something offends him. Great stuff.

"T.O. disses [Insert Name]" = "Dog Bites Man"

"T.O. disses [Insert Name]" = "Dog Bites Man"

It's just not news!

The guy is a complete jackarse and Drew Bledsoe is a class act.

Bledsoe said about Parcells, "I still respect him even though I disagree with him. I still think I give us the best chance to win."

Class act, but a competitor. What else can you ask for?

(Besides mobility, good decision making and the intangible "knack" to win big games and calm down when everyone else is freaking out...)

(Hey, not everyone can be a Brady or Montana!)

Come on guys. Drew Bledsoe's line wasn't the problem, the problem was...Drew Bledsoe. Sure, there were protections problems on that safety, but the OC shouldn't have been calling a five step drop on the 1 yard line in the first place. Maybe that call was out of fear that Bledose would make a stupid decision if asked to think quickly...which is something he's proven for years he isn't good at?

I thought his last year with Buffalo was it for him. He stank. They had a good defense for a while there, decent wideouts, and you could make the argument that he had a big hand in how bad things turned out.

That throw before the half was inexcusable. Awful. A veteran like that, doesn't make that throw. A good quarterback doesn't make that throw, ever.

Example: If you tape the games, as I do, go back and watch Tom Brady on the play where he took a knee and drew the late hit flag. Watch his head spin on its axis three times while simultaneously escaping pressure and gaining positive yards on a scramble. Then go watch Drew Bledsoe. The man thinks like his head is covered in molasses. Granted, of course Bledsoe is no Brady, but at a certain point you have to say, how many backups are better than him? Lots. The guy had his shot and he aimed for his foot. It's surprising that Parcells didn't see it coming and make the change sooner.

name a QB that TO has played with where he didnt diss them, romo your next kid. TO has diarrhea of the mouth, what he said about garcia was beyond pathetic.
