Why not?

Seriously, roster size is like 90. Offer him a no guaranteed money contract - or minimum CBA allows for vets. If he is sucky or acts up, cut him before the season. If he has anything left, OK one year then cut him before the antics start.

I agree. Some people seem to be reacting like he wants to come here and do damage of some sort.
