Speculation regarding Brady's recovery setback rumors

I cant wait for the day we are speculating again how many td passes Brady will throw..

I predict Brady is back for 09, and throws 40 TD's. At which point, the media will say they were right about Bradys knee, because a healthy Brady wouldve thrown 50 TD's.

All this speculation about his knee is giving me a serious headache

Curran is one of the good guys. He has been a great reporter for a long time. I have emailed him countless times and he has replied to damn near every email. I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that Curran wants this team to succeed!

Curran would not put stuff out there unless he believed it was true! Not all news is good news. That is just the facts.

I hope he is wrong!

But wrong or right, Curran is not Tommase. He doesn't make stuff up for the hell of it.

If he believes it there is probably a good reason for it.

I agree 100% about Curran. He's always been a go-to guy for Pats fans. He likes the Pats and we know he likes Brady. It's worth reiterating, whether or not his analysis of Brady's offseason and potentially delayed 2009 season comes to fruition.

I'm also in the camp that says that Curran is simply doing his job, reporting in good faith what he's been told by a source with reasonable credulity in his considered judgement. That said, I believe that the source is misleading. More damning to Curran et. al. is that these professionals are anything but clear in what 'late' means, relative to what dates, what recovery scenario, etc.

curran was one of the guys brady emailed after the injury saying "we will be alright".
I wish brady had responded to this as well but understandably didnt since its part of the policy.

Agreed... I have no beef with Curran, just some reservations about his source.
