Some actual data on (some of) the 2014 TEs

Richard Rodgers Cal have all the makings of aflex TE that would makle an Impact from Day 1. I think he's going to be awfully tempting in the 3rd. I am warming up to Troy Nicklas in the 2nd. Those Two until Gronk comes back put our TE position back on the map. I would Draft Jace Amaro IF he is available for our First Round Selection.

Im a fan of ASJ. Reminds me of Gronk! Imagine have 2 Gronks on the field at the same time. Defense wont be able to stop them both!!

I'm a huge fan of him as well. He looks like a guy that can come in and contribute immediately.

My ideal top 3 for rounds 1-3. Trade out of the first round. Draft ASJ, Easley in the second then draft Craig Loston in the 3rd.

If ASJ and Easley are both available in the second round I might have cardiac arrest.

Are you a TE-first guy if he's available at 29? What if he's not?

I've been very loudly in for taking ASJ in the first. Has been my #1 choice for that pick for months.

Ive been watching hours worth of game film on all the prospects. ASJ I have to say has the most upside other than Ebron. ASJ and Loston are my draft binkies this draft. If you want to see game film...check out Draft Breakdown

Wasn't sure if that changed with the Combine almost over. If he's not?

I'm only waiting to see how he times. If he runs 4.75 plus at his pro day then I might reconsider and drop him to the second.

1. Would Easley be able to play as a 4-3 end? I don't know much about him.

2. I like ASJ a lot, but #29 might be a little high especially considering the injury. I would maybe trade back to beginning/middle of second round. Niklas has the most raw untapped potential. Guy is crazy athletic for his size and just needs to be coached up. I kinda hope he drops to the 5th round tho due to his injuries because I don't really see us spending two draft picks in the first 4 rounds on TE. I want both.
