Figured that the Practice Squad was the best place for this since it's not anything too important, but I have to say I was slightly impressed with Matt this past week.
I was at the Jets game Thursday night, and went back to the stadium Friday afternoon to tour Patriot Place. My friends and I walked down towards the catwalk to take a few pictures when we saw Gutierrez come out to the field with a hoodie and mesh shorts on. He then proceeded, in the pouring rain, to run at least a dozen 100 yard sprints by himself.
He may never start or even see action in a regular season game in his Pats career, but you have to appreciate the work ethic.
