Frank Schwab has a legitimate concern and a valid point.........

"{In other words, this business believes it has the right to punish an employee (in Brady's case costing him about $2 million in salary over the four-game suspension) if they do not turn over texts, emails and other communication from their personal phone or other devices. Even if you've answered every question an investigator has for you, as Brady did. Why does the NFL think this is OK?"

In my opinion the N.F.L. have become to powerful. They can do what they like when they like and there is no-one to stop them. They have long forgotten the fact that without the teams they are nothing. The teams thrive for only one reason:- the FANS. They get millions of dollars from merchandise bought by the FANS.
They get millions of dollars for a few half time adverts but if no one watched the games they would be dropped. Who watches the games? The FANS. I could go on....... The way i see it they need to get back to basics. All investigations and punishment should be given to a truly independent organization. There should be an independent body above the N.F.L. as at the moment they are accountable to no one. Only then would we see an end to the farces and unjustified punishments that are handed out (to the Patriots).
However i do believe that that is wishful thinking because Goodell and his cronies aint going to give up their power.
