Best Coach Ever.

His greatness will not truly be appreciated until he's gone…. like Tupac or Picasso

Well, I think it has more to do with understanding how he puts everything together and his attention to detail...in every aspect of preparing a football team. and he's not likely to spill the beans until he's been retired for a few years.

I can wait.

BB giving credit and kudos to his staff and players first. That's why they fight so hard for him! Loved that presser! BB may be hated by the media, but us Pats fans and the players love him for good reason!!

He's effusive about every team at the end of the season, but this seems different. Definitely more complimentary than I can remember him in the past.

Remember the video on the NFL when he said, "he could not get that team to play"... this team was the opposite, never seen him gush so much about his guys as he did this year..

Also his "circle the wagon" mentality helped that out.. everything I have read only supports how hard they worked and how much he appreciated their effort..

From Mike Reiss.. Brandon Lafell talking about OTA's..

"Me and Darrelle were driving home one day in [organized team activities] and they must have worked us to death that day," he recalled. "We said it at the time, 'If we don't win the Super Bowl this year after doing all this work, we're going upstairs to the front office and telling somebody something. Man, just the way we worked, the way we worked in camp, I believe in this team. I knew we had enough talent to get here and win this game."

It's truly amazing that the Patriots have not 1, not 2 but 3 leaders who will do everything they possibly can to put everyone around them in a position to succeed. Kraft, Belichick and Brady is a truly remarkable trio.

Great leadership deflects praise to those around them. Sound like any three you know?
