Good article there.

Hoyer seems to really love the game, and happy to be part of the team.

Yeah, a good read about a great kid. This young man has not only talent, but the right attitude about himself AND his job. I hope he gets to stick around for quite awhile, because he seems to be a very nice fit with New England.

And that picture of him is brilliant

I agree. I hope they put that on his football card for next year.

I'm a Michigan fan, so I got to see Hoyer a few times in college at rival Michigan State. He actually reminded me of Brady when he was at Michigan. He wasn't the most amazing athlete and never made the jaw-dropping plays, but he was mentally tough and found a way to get things done.

He was resilient, and you could tell the guys in the huddle believed in him. I never thought he'd make it to an NFL roster though. But he's done a great job so far, and I'm looking forward to seeing him play tomorrow.

Matt Cavanaugh ... but with more arm ???
