Nor was he as good as player.

Lot of old time Patriots have been over looked. I think Ron Borges has done a real disservice to the Patriots by not hanging the drum louder for some of the veteran/old time players...

Both Gino Cappelletti and Leon Gray are HoF worthy and are completely overlooked... Gray & Hannah made one of the best blindsided g/t combos in league history... Add Russ Francis to the mix, and that group was the best... And Gino getting overlooked yiyo is just plain position bias...

Then there are others like Bob Dee and Houston Antwine on the defensive side of the ball who should be recognized as well...

If any of those guys played for the stealers or cowboys they'd already be in...
