According to Oakland Raiders owner Al Davis, the two Denver Bronco Super Bowl victories in 1997 and 1998 should have asterisks placed beside them. He has previously been critical of the way the Broncos and San Francisco 49ers manipulated the salary cap during their championship runs in the 90's.
