OT: Bears send fifth-round pick to Bills for Darwin Walker

Walker, who was traded from the Eagles to the Bills in the Takeo Spikes deal, failed to report to the Bills and would have gone back to the Eagles had he not shown up by Aug. 5. Walker wanted a new contract from the Bills, but they weren't willing to satisfy his desire.

Good move by the Bears I was thinking Walker would probably go back to Philly.

Walker is their replacement for Tank Johnson. Good move. It will be interesting to see how the Bears do this year and whether Grossman succeeds without his binky, Thomas Jones.

Great move by the Bills. Who'd think you could trade away a back-up QB and a starting LB for a 5th round pick. I mean it's genius!

Just ignore the money they saved on their salary cap by trading Spikes and Walker.
