Reading that makes me even more confused as to why, with 2:07 left in the first half, the ball on the 20, three timeouts and the two minute warning in their pocket, the GOAT at QB and the thin air of Denver at altitude, the Pats went run, run, run to run out the clock...when they only had to move the ball a little over 40 yards to give Gostkowski a chance to put up three more points...which, um, would have won them the game despite everything else that happened to them.
