One Game at a Time

ESPN was at Patriots camp today and when Wes Welker signed the Patriots helmet on the side of the ESPN bus he wrote "one game at a time". It was in response to what Rex Ryan wrote on the Jets helmet: "Soon to be champs". Haha got to love Welker's swagger!

First off Welker is the man and I love being a fan of this team.


But when I saw that and the contrast of egos I wondered what the national perception of the Pats V Jets rivalry is. Do other fans still hate us for our winning ways more then they must hate the egos of the jets? I can't imagine if your a colts, saints, or steelers fan that you like hearing the Jets act like they are better than you when you are the ones with the rings but would that trump the dislike for us from a decade of butting heads.

Even the Ravens, Titans, Chargers and Dolphins have division 'rings'. Jets don't even have those.
