I fail to see why he should ... To appease whom and why should he change?
So he should name the QB to coddle them .... wtf ... this is the NFL .... suck it up and practice hard.
Modern day athletes are pampered enough ... not even properly prepared for the NFL before being drafted.
Sounds to me like Millennials ... Gen Z and Gen Alpha soft ass concept.
