This is the first time I remember seeing the second, 28-minute video, and the narrator of it is none other than long-time voice of the Bruins Fred Cusick, and their HQ was located at Kenmoah Squeah!

Available parking spots were so scarce that I had to park in Kenmore Square and walk
fast as hell up Commonwealth Avenue.

Never had to walk that far to Nickerson field (or the hockey rink/the Paradise club), though I've ran fast as hell to Fenway from Kenmore Square & beyond a few times...
