Curious that Eliot Wolf didn’t mention Cole Strange when talking about the Offensive Line in his Pre-Draft press conference. Now we find out that he is not working out with the team. Is that lingering effects from his knee injury that plagued him all pre-season and knocked him out for the season late in the year.

Yes, it all has to do with his injury and rehab. Please let's not give Felger and Mazz any conspiracy theories to speculate about.

Because Strange did not go on IR until late in the season, the surgery - which he, the team and his doctor already knew was going to have to happen way back in August '23, at the time of the original injury - the surgery happened later rather than sooner. The timeframe to finish rehab has always been somewhere around the month of August 2024. So it makes perfect sense that Strange is not working out with the team now; he is still at least three months away, if not a little more.
