NE #1 in NFL history for kickers scoring 2pt conversions

There have only been six 2pt conversions by kickers in NFL history (which, admittedly, for 2pt conversions means 1960-1969 and 1994-present), and NE has 5 of them.

Presumably we all remember Vinatieri in 1998.

Turns out Gino C. had four of them -- 3 in 1960 and 1 in 1964.

The remaining one was the Dallas Texans' Jack Spikes in 1961.
