i saw matt light at the local package store last sat night in Mansfield ma. he was checking out the beer section. is this a good sign? your guess is as good as mine. i will say this. he looked fine. you wouldn't know he was hurt by looking at him anyway.

Never thoght light is a great player, he can't stop elite pass rushers. Tom Brady makes him look way better then he really is. So i'm not concern about him not playing.

I think he struggles sometimes against speed rushers. Having said that, it is an extremely rare Tackle who can handle all of them. Even Jon Ogden got beaten a couple of times for sacks by Dwight Freeney.

How many games have you watched now?? Matt Light is a more than adequate left tackle.. he makes some mistakes, as does every other left tackle in the NFL.. he was an all pro LT last year.. and has consistently gained positive reviews.. elite pass rushers are just that elite pass rushers and every tackle in the league has problems with them.

Lots of niggles keep athletes out of games but in normal life you can carry on as normal with them.

What I really want to know is why people who have names such as Light or Small are gigantic. I saw some dude yesterday, his last name was Small and he was 6'6 and built like a tank.
