Why be upset with Florio? He doesn't hide the fact that it's just rumor. Heck, that portion of the website is called the Daily Rumor Mill.

Because it's wrong. Kraft said that saying this is the last year of his contract would be a misrepresentation of the facts. Maybe if he read a little more, he'd be able to figure that out.

Entertaining site though, even if Florio is his own biggest fan. Lot of self glossing over there.

I emailed Florio about Kraft's comments last January ("any representation of 2006 being Belichick's last season under contract would be untrue."), and I got the following response:

"i know that -- but i now believe no one."

Not sure what all the faith in a contract is. Branch was under contract, Saban was under contract.....

As outrageous as Florio is with the speculation, he is right in the fact that you can only believe so much that is stated by the FO, coaches, agents...etc.
