Luke Kuechly admits Panthers "might have got away with one" in 2013

Or an entire offensive line holding their defensive players, including a hand under a player's facemask, while their QB gets surrounded and is "in the grasp" (a rule I hate, btw)...yet, he still is given a chance to throw the ball that results in a completely freak catch?
Stuff happens...they could have called an offsetting penalty on the Pats in February that might have turned Atlanta's last possession into an FGA.

Yeah they got away with one. Yet the Pats have gotten away with stuff too. 2013 mightve been TB's finest work. Getting a terrible receiving group to Denver.

As for this game, something tells me they are going to be flat. I don't know what it is. I just got a bad feeling.

You know, I was able to see this thread this week and feel "heh, well we've won 2 SBs since, oh well"

Now these ****ers once again win a game aided by some of the most blatantly awful calls in big spots I can remember. That does not excuse the equally atrocious defense but it without a doubt made the ultimate difference in the game.

It's outrageously bad call like this that happen to all teams that makes fans suspect the fix is in. A booth mechanism to overrule obviously bogus calls is needed.
Just out of curiosity, what is your take on the two hands to the face penalties against Carolina?
