Per Dont'a Hightower:

Pat Graham has done a better job than what we did last year as far as talking about situational things.

Meanwhile, I suspect Pepper excelled at coaching technique, both because he was an ex-player and because of his long-term extra duty of coaching takeaway technique.

Add Graham to the list of Football Nerds that BB seems to prefer.. not flashy, but football smart.

Well it has really seemed to have worked out. Hightower and Collins are playing as well as anybody right now
