Does anyone know how that whole thing started and played out with BB coming from the jets and how it compares to the deion thing ? Sorry but i dont have the complete historical knowledge of the whole jets deal with BB.

I can't compare it to the current situation but Belichick and Kessler lost which is why we had to trade a #1 pick to get Belichick out of his NYJ contract.

I don't know why Tomase said "Branch is taking his battle to court." The point of the binding arbitration provision is to AVOID court.

Tomase seems to be a very sloppy writer who doesn't seem to care much about what he writes.

Kessler has also done the grievances for Terrell Owens, Ricky Williams, and a host of other ne'er-do-well players. That's his gig. He's the go-to outside counsel for the NFLPA.
