Us Patriots fans, really like Kyle Love both as a football player and as a person. With that said – neither you, me, nor anyone else in the public purview, outside of Kyle Love, his doctor, the Patriots and possibly his agent, know what the medical accommodation needs to be so that Kyle can be healthy while living with diabetes.

If the doctor said that Kyle needs to lose 30 pounds so that his BMI is reduced and the associated life risks with TII Diabetes are minimized then the Patriots would have to incur an undue hardship of carrying his employment.

Maybe that is why the Patriots asked him to retire for a year, keep his signing bonus for the year so that he could be medically healthy for 2014.

Also, you need to stop using red herring arguments like Wilfork’s Foundation. His good works have nothing to do with Love’s medical condition unless Wilfork’s Foundation is doing work that is directly linked to Love’s medical condition.

The same red herring can be used regarding football and diabetes can co-exist. We know that it can co-exist. The issue is according each specific instance for covered employees and as an attorney, you should know that.

I don’t know what your deal is but I think that you should carefully re-think your hypothesis and report to MJD so that you do a mea culpa regarding this story and your previous two stories regarding Kyle Love.

I have no idea why anyone still reads this guy. I gave up on him even before he joined NBC sports. Other than reading a few clips of what he writes on here I havent given him a click in years going to middle of last decade.

And why should I he has proven time and time again that he writes in a way to drive hits to his site rather than to tell an informed truthful story. He blows things out of proportion and sensationalizes too much just for hits. I dont want to read anything he has to say about the Pats because he hates them and I dont want to read anything he has to say about anything else because he has proven he will let his own agenda dictate how he writes a story and I cant possibly know what agenda he will have with every story and thus I can not read anything he writes and believe it.

I wonder how many other teams put in waiver claims on Deaderick and Love ? The Jaguars were very high on the list of potential claimants.

It only confirms that both guys are more talented than low level JAGs. Plus one of the weaknesses of the Jaguars defense was their poor play by their interior defensive line.

Mike Florio is the Perez Hilton of the football journalism world.

And reading the responses from lawyers on Florio's legal opinions, it's clear to me (a non-lawyer) why Florio doesn't work as an attorney anymore. He seems to be a small step up from Lionel Hutz. The perfect example of the phrase, "He knows enough to be dangerous."

And yet I still read his website. I need an intervention, because this is not good for anyone.....

They are one of the worst teams in the NFL and as you say their interior line play is terrible.
The jags could clearly use low-level JAGS as possible improvements. Perhaps Deaderick and Love are better than that, but the jags picking them up means little other than that they have a serious need at DT.

The Jaguars have signed receiver Jeremy Ebert and waived defensive tackle Jeris Pendleton.

Ebert is the third former New England Patriots player to be acquired by the Jaguars in the last eight days and Pendleton is the first of Jacksonville’s 2012 draft class to be waived.

Ebert, who joins former Patriots players Brandon Deaderick and Kyle Love on the Jaguars, was cut by New England on April 29 after the team drafted Aaron Dobson and Josh Boyce.

A seventh-round pick by New England in 2012, Ebert started training camp on the physically unable to perform list with a hamstring injury. He caught six passes in the preseason and was cut on Aug. 31. Ebert, 24, spent two months on Philadelphia’s practice squad and re-signed with the Patriots in January.

At Northwestern, Ebert (5-foot-11, 200 pounds) had 173 catches for 2,400 yards and 21 touchdowns, including 75 receptions for 1,060 yards and 11 touchdowns as a senior.​

No confirmation yet on rumors that the Jaguars are working out several undrafted free agents from Rutgers.
