Good News, said he wouyld bet on it.

Seems then like the "richer" owners like the Krafts either won their argument or they are happy with a compromise,

But if Total Football Revenue is the basis for the new cap as has been indicated, and teams are not equally sharing thier Total Football Revenue, than equity in the NFL is over as we know it,

I'm guessing that many teams, lacking the income that teams like the Patriots have, will not be able or willing to spend up to the new cap.

You'll potentially see some teams spendng $20 mil more than others.

I suppose it benefits the Patriots but I really don't like the thought of football going the way of baseball where the Yankess outspend every other team at $200 million while the Devil Rays are supposed to compete with $20 million in player salaries.

What is Total Football Revenue? Until that is defined, it doesn't matter.

Also, there are supposedly going to be exemptions or exclusions (probably operating costs). But that will be different for each team.

Just to clarify, with a CBA extension, this "capless year" that everyone keeps talking about goes away, right?

Thank God, how did non-incentive driven, non-competitive, communistic/socialistic equal revenue sharing systems work out in the Soviet bloc-countries, and China, Cuba, etc., etc.?
