If you look at the 4th down attempt Watson was open on the left with no one on him and he was waving at Cassel. Vrabel was open in the middle with one defensive player behind him and was waving to Cassel. Evans was open on the right with one guy behind him. All 3 were in the endzone looking at Cassel who decided he'll try to run the ball in. It seems when he gets confused and or panics he runs instead of looking for an open receiver.

It's definitely something that is a little frustrating. I think he'll eventually calm down and hopefully keep his composure but I think it's tough right now. The O-Line has been all over the place this year and that is definitely not helping Cassel out. Hopefully as the season goes on, he'll learn to use his mobility to avoid pressure while continuing to look downfield rather than searching for a running route right away.
