He seems to be very effective when used rotationally. I don't think he'll ever be a true "lead back" per-say however.

You don't have to just watch when he fumbles. Watch all of his carries. Bad form carry the football is easy to see when the runner is not obscured from vision.

Right, but the questions, then, are (i) why and (ii) what do you do about it. Identifying the problem is just the start.
