Don Banks: Team of Destiny (?) Colts win it all in '06

The Colts are the team of sportswriters' destiny. They're a good storyline, and if I wrote for a national sports publication I'd be pulling for them too. The casual fan is bored stiff with yet more stories about the smart, efficient, team-oriented, keep-your-head-down, no-bulletin-board material Patriots.

But wait...there is a potentially better storyline than the Colts. A juicy Jacob-and-Esau story, full of crossed allegiances, jealousies, grudges, live wires and loose cannons. So there is one other prediction that's even trendier among sportswriters than Indy: the Cowboys-Patriots Superbowl, a journalist's dream.

The Colts play the NFC East..............Skins, Giants, Eagles and Boys. Wow they are going to get sh*t kicked. Your talking some physical teams.
