Either Tom or Gis (or both) seem recklessly wasteful with money. I will let you speculate who is the spendthrift....hmmm I have my guess.... totally irresponsible especially considering the obscene palace they are building in CA.

The condo fee is horrific; yet another reason to never buy a condo as are the taxes. They are peeing away money that goes to a slimy developer and the local hacks in Boston.

The income is not going to last forever....

The $73,000 annual property tax bill and $8,200 monthly condo fee are deal-breakers for me.

A year's worth of condo fees and property taxes is 1.5 times my entire mortgage.

I wonder what you get for $8,000 dollars a month in condo fees? It doesn't look like theres much of a side walk to shovel, or lawn to rake.

If it doesn't include full-time maid and chef service, it's too much.
