Brady is a hero .. he can do no wrong. He is a God in these lands.

Brady is looks horrible this year. I love to hear all of the excuses about the WR's, but come on ..

Brady could not connect with anyone for 3 quarters last night, aside from the TD drive when he was 9 for 9. Everytime he did make a completion, WR/TE's nearly had to dive for the ball. His accuracy was way off and he had no chance on the deep ball. Most of his passes were of the 5-7 yard type. He looks lost right now and there is no way its entirely because of Branch / Givens.

Time to be concerned ? I think so .. Cincy will crush this Pats team next week.

I agree. I think Tom Brady is an exceptional QB, but he needs to suck it up and get his crap together. I know it takes time to get in sync with new players, but come on. It isn't the receivers fault when they are overthrown by 5 yards or when the ball bounces 2 yards in front of them. Okay, sometimes it is, but when it happens as much as it has the first 3 games, and with passes to players that have been here for years it's not. It's not as though only passes to Caldwell, Gabriel, and Jackson have been off. I'm not going to start crying that we need to bench Brady, but he DOES need to realize that Branch and Givens did what they thought was best for them, and they're gone. Too bad, so sad, but life goes on. Deal with it and move forward with what you have. We know you're still the best out there Tom, but it's time you realized it too. Play like you've shown us you can time and time again.

He did miss some open guys but his WR'S DID NOT HELP...........Troy missed a easy long pass, Watson dropped one and Caldwell slowed up on the almost Lynch pick off. I will agree that Brady looks uninspired and flat on field as well as the sidelines. He is playing without the fire he once had. Can I fault him.....NO. Why, because the guy takes less so the team can keep its core of players to surround himself with capable guys. Then what does the front office do they dump both of his starting WR's and sit on their hands with over 10-13 million in cap space. WOULD YOU BE HAPPY? Imagine Manning without Harrison and Wayne. Imagine Palmer without Housyourmama and Chad Johnson. I hope you get the picture.

when your QB is struggling the defense and special teams need to make plays...the colts returned a punt for a TD for e.g.
not letting brady off the hook, but a defensive turnover can help and a special teams play can also help...

Amen brother.

TB should NOT be immune from criticism. He has been inconsistent the entire year. It is NOT all about his wide receivers.
TB has not helped the situation.

In retrospect you have to say the Pats FO completely blew it by not resigning Branch with all that money under the cap.

But TB has not stepped up.

I'm beginning to think he has the Pennington noodle arm injury. There is little zip on the ball and his throws are either overthrown floaters or in the dirt.

Deion Branch aint walking through that door folks. David Givens isn't coming througth that door ..

He needs to stop calling the Seahawks and move on. You've no doubt heard that he called Hasslebeck last week to talk about Deon and what a great receiver his is. Tom's a class-act but you can take it a bit too far.

Madden was right last night. Tom (and everyone else) was playing very uninspired football. Personally, I thought he was playing tentatively. Then again, McDaniel's play-calling didn't help. Very vanilla. When I can tell from my couch whether the Pats are going to run and pass on any given play you know the opposing defense is reading it.

I'm NOT ripping Brady. He is a great QB. A potential HOF'er. I wouldn't want another QB on my team. Right now he's struggling. I'm sure he'll be fine.

Now, on to Cincy...

Brady just seemed out of it ast night...

He had this depressed look on his face all night and he was dropping his passes short of his recievers all night.

Even on the touchdown pass to gabriel, he overthrew. If Gabriel didn't make a fingertips grab, that one goes for nothing...

Something's wrong with him. I couldn't possibly know what, but he hasn't been right all year...

Too bad, too, because last night's game was actually winable...

Here's hoping he can turn his kaka around...

If this is about Deion, and he can't let it go, maybe they should bench him to wake his ***** up!

Enter the "Matt Cassell Era"!

LOL!

By the way, where was Terry Glenn - er - Chad Jackson last night? Logging more tub time?

Brady has been known and become famous for being a QB without the big weapons...correct? The media and experts have always made a big deal out of how he won two SB's with Smith at RB and without any probowlers on the offense...correct? Brady never complained or championed the Pats to draft WR's or RB's to help him because he was confident and happy with who he had in Given and Branch.

Well, you take away his two main weapons- even though to most they would not be top tier WR or probowlers- and what do you expect him to do?

Caldwell was the only reason the pass wasn't picked off.

:agree: :ditto: caldwell made a huge diving play for that breakup, it looked like TB was trowing right to lynch and caldwell broke it up. I thought it was a heads up play by him.
