In his press conference BB said Childress would clear waivers at 4pm, so let's hope he's still around. I keep saying it, but I think this guy has something to offer the team.

•There are several number changes to report — so many that we might not be able to get to all of them. So far, here’s what we have: Willie Andrews (changed from No. 38 to No. 23), Le Kevin Smith (changed from No. 60 to No. 90) and Eric Alexander (changed from No. 49 to No. 52). In addition, Gabriel will wear No. 85 and Smith will wear No. 81. We’ll have more as the day progresses.


So there are more to come huh? Could this mean Lomo changes his number? Doubt it. To tell you the truth, I'm more worried about his health at this point then a number change. I think Chad Jackson will stay at 17. The only available numbers left are 88 and 89, if I'm not mistaken.

Since Bam is a pretty impressive, versatile, young player ... you'd expect
someone in the league to want him.
But if he and the club left his personal effects in his locker
they both clearly expect him back.

I think this will be a case of paying a special p/s-er
his regular salary.
