great article and breakdown of 'trader bills' top trades. BB does this year in and year out. Creating value by moving up and down. teams are starting to get leery of us but we can still get some deals and added value out there. the pickup of Jamie Collins was a huge deal for us and it started with a trade down. same with vereen and chandler jones.

What they did with the #73 pick in 2009 is particulary gratifying.

One important aspect, of BB as GM and BB as coach alike -- he's not afraid to be wrong.

He'll mumble at the podium rather than have a clear discussion with a reporter who revels at his having been wrong -- but he's not afraid to be wrong.

This allows him to make a variety of unpopular or against-conventional-wisdom for decisions, for which he'll get considerable grief if they don't work out.
