I used to be able to do that after catching a slight buzz. Could pour it down the throat about as fast as you could safely tilt the glass - about 3 seconds for a Guinness.

I went to Milwaukee a few years ago for a conference/exam. Actually had a great time, went to the Miller factory tour and the Harley Davidson museum (both are great). A couple of good restaurants, checked out some of the sights/art. All in all, way better than I anticipated. Nice people too.
