I remember to start the Miami game, Brady hit Slater on a deep post for 35 yards or so. That's the only time we've been able to hit that route on the outside.

We tried again once or twice with Slater and haven't tried it with anyone else.

That really limits our ability to keep our offense productive if you can't challenge the deep field.

Yes that is correct

That's funny. For a team "hell bent" on establishing the run, they sure didn't show it yesterday.

You did watch last season's playoff loss to the Jets, did you not? If so, can you possibly fathom why some might see a balanced offense as being a priority, at least with the personnel as currently constituted?

No I can't fathom that.

A good WR seemed like a priority from that game. Not midgets and JAGS
