I like the mention by KP Dupont of he, Harris & others going to JJ Foley's for some liquid snacks between editions at the Herald (or was it still called the Record American or Herald American then?). Anyone who grew up in Boston around that time, as I did, knows exactly what I mean. Good times, good times...
