I'm not entirely sold either but he does have a good supporting cast, great offensive HC, they are set for the next few years, he's getting up there in experience with 2 full seasons, good record, I can see "that" working well.

These are 2 QBs I'm very unimpressed with. Very soon Nix and Maye will take over the AFC, Mahomes will remain Mahomes, same for Josh Allen, maybe Lawrence finally becomes above average and consistent. Lamar, Herbert will join Tua in the disappointment tier.

He's been a really good #2 at times this season, great addition, I don't remember a game he didn't show up at some point in this season. Absolutely terrible loss with huge implications.
