I don't think he should but developing a young QB is the holy grail for teams.

Are we really gonna act surprised if he does get another HC job? He's young enough for owners to believe he's learned from his previous jobs and he's shown he can quickly develop QBs (Mac and Drake). I hope he doesn't leave but would not be surprised.
