I agree. No way you should be relying on rookie LBs that barely played (or NOT) in their 1st year. DL could NOT stop the RUN. Yet, they did not address this in draft or FA to improve RUN-D.

He is a big time bust. Reminds me of.... In the 2006 NFL Draft two wide receivers stood out among the class: Santonio Holmes and Chad Jackson. Those two obviously ended up having extremely different careers. Jackson looked amazing in the combine, especially after he ran a 4.3 40-yard dash...

They can lineup at slot, be they are all outside WRs. You need a fast, shifty player in the slot. Maybe they plan on converting King (QB) to tryout in slot.... I believe Patriots were not interested in Slade Bolden for whatever the reason is, even as a UDFA.....

I would have liked taking Dean (Alabama) in the 3rd round. Never can have too many LBs...

Not too sure about that statement. Remember in early 2021 season, the OL line was getting decimated with injuries. Better to keep a few OL folks around. Have to keep MacJ safe.

So, it is better to sign a 5'9" QB than Slade Bolden from Alabama, who was a roommate of MacJ ?
