Probably nothing but Mike might have some explaning to do with the Mrs at home. Their initial explanation is that it was a chance encounter and they were at seperate hotels. Need Vrabs full attention this season. He does not need a new tight end!

This is funny but this is also a good reference point for what is not appropriate vs what is still in the realm of maintaining professionalism. The only slightly iffy part is the photo where their hands are together, maybe, but it’s not really in a romantic way either and without any other context it’s not worth much.

I love words of all kinds. I like the fancy ones a lot, but sometimes the spicier, grittier ones are the best tools for saying what you have to say. The right words here:

Big ****ing Deal.

But in a time when journalism across the board has declined into worthless dreck and clickbait, this is what one expects. I'm not a hugger...not at all...but Vrabel probably is. He likes bouncing off other fellas: that we know. And apparently he likes to hug the ladies. So what? Maybe he was just trying to get her to stop talking. It's a tactic that has been known to work.

It's not difficult to figure out why this could be bad for the team. You don't want distractions.

Dave Canales of the panthers cheated and then wrote a book because he found Christianity. If I was on his team id laugh at what a fraud he was just like mark Jackson who coached the warriors.

It makes a difference. Just cause you wanna bury your head in the sand doesn't mean it isnt newsworthy.
 
It is sports reporting, not something important. Who cares if a reporter is ****ing a coach, they are both consenting adults. Oh my she got an inside scoop.
 
It does look a tad suggestive to me. Context is critical: holding hands appearing to dance, one-on-one, without a group, at a couple's resort. Can't speak to anyone else's sense of morality, but IMO cheating on a committed relationship is never OK. Big caveat that we don't know if Vrabel and his wife have a mutual understanding regarding sexual encounters beyond the relationship.

Seems the voices complaining about the nature of the reporting and suggesting this is a nothingburger are doing so with the unspoken premise that people should be allowed to do whatever they please in their private lives without judgment; perhaps there's some fairness to that notion, but the reporting isn't fabricated or pulled out of thin air - it's literally just photographs of Vrabel spending one-on-one time at a couple's resort with a woman involved in the industry he works in, who is not his wife.

His wife may care.

Yeah, this potential affair has zero relevance to 99.9% of people in the world. But it could certainly impact Vrabel's life, and then potentially impact the team, if their HC is dealing with personal messiness. Which is why it seems pretty relevant to Patriots fans.
