Is this what the Young people want? Kelce bumps Reid.

It's a bad look, but they won. It's going to be a non-issue in a little bit.

As far as Gronk comparisons go, he's lost it and cheap shot that Bills player. Guys get hot. Football is emotional.

The only way it would have been an issue is if Reid benched him.

Kelce is a massive douche. Disgusting that the Chiefs have won 3.

Kelce was on some kind of drugs, probably because his play is declining. Did you see his insane repeated raging at the trophy ceremony like some sort of caveman over his kill.

Honestly I never thought there’d be a bigger meat head than Gronk, but after witnessing Kelce’s sideline shenanigans and his behavior on the mic during the SB trophy celebration, Kelce’s the torchbearer now.

He is King Douche.

Is this what we’re talking about with relating to young players? Classy.

"Go sit down on the bench over there for the next series, cool down and we'll have a civil conversation after"

Kelce was out of line and I am sure he did not mean to touch him - just scream at him. He was pissed because he got sat down and the guy who replaced him wiffed on a block that resulted in the fumble or something like that.

Good to remind your coach not to get too cute with how you use your best players in a SB.

Reid did not think much of it and Kelce had nearly 100 yards after that with many clutch catches especially in the 4th quarter. Chiefs had 0% chance of winning without Kelce and Reid understood that.

Could not help but think about Bill benching Welker for a quarter over a joke in a ****ing press conference. Pisses me off to this day.

Maybe if somebody got in Bill's face when he benched Butler, he would have checked his ego and put him in. Bill's greatest **** up.

LOL. Secret hand signals to Satan....in front of billions. Kelce bumps into Reid and shouts, "The Devil made me do it."

Dude, see a therapist.
Me? I think YOU should see a shrink if you don't think this is weird. It's not Halloween. By the way, Giselle was some sort of witch casting spells herself. It's on record.

Imagine if Gronk had done that to Belichick in any playoff game/Super Bowl...can only imagine after the Malcom Butler thing.
right! BB would have benched Gronk, lost the game, and then given one of his self-righteous speeches about being in charge. At bes Gronk would have a diminished role after BB scolded him in front of everyone.

Reid took the abuse, and then Kelce went one to have a fine 2nd half. KC would have likely lost the game had he benched Kelce.

The difference between approaches is obvious. And, BTW, no team wanted to hire BB to apply this kind of discipline to their teams.
=====================================
For some teams, being excited when things go very wrong is acceptable. Just BTW, bringing in a sub for one running play to replace Kelce because his blocking wasn't good enough was a really, really poor coaching move. Pointing this out may indeed have helped this travesty from repeating.

So, Kelce was 100% out of line. He also helped the team both with the outrage and with his play. On some teams, the very top players are allowed to be out of line.

Say what you want about BB, no way someone dire do such a thing regardless of your star power. I am so disgusted by it. There is no excuse to react like that to anyone let alone your head coach. You can’t supervise your friends.

Yup.

I sincerely hope this is tongue-in-cheek.

I understand that Kelce shouldn't not have reacted to the coach's horrible decision. He should just do his job, with a likely loss. IMO, Kelce's outburst helped the Offense. Of course, that it is your issue. You wanted KC to lose.

Gronk would never, ever have done something like that.
Gronk might be kind of a goofy clown, not the sharpest knife in the drawer but he has character.
Which is something Kelce apparently lacks.

I'm curious how you figure nearly knocking his head coach over and screaming in his face helped the offense. Reid rightly observed Kelce was unhinged and ignored him vs. allowing that outrageous behavior to escalate. There was nothing good about it.

That was shocking, honestly. Like most people, I didn’t think he was/is as good as Gronk, but I didn’t dislike him.

Last night changed that.

He showed no respect to his coach, and I would have been fine with him yelling at him. But he took it a step farther and nearly knocked down a 65 year old guy who isn’t exactly the pillar of good health with that “tough guy” bump. That’s really the part that bothered me the most.

Barking at your coach because you’re fired up is one thing, that was completely uncalled for.

If they lost, the storyline would have been 1000% different. But winning obviously sweeps that under the rug. Either way, definitely disappointed he did that.

this is a ridiculous take. smacking your hc and screaming in his face helped the offense??? and if that isn't silly enough, your post talks about bb's "self-righteous speeches" which exist nowhere.
