Because the offense was out there a lot. It happened to the 2017 and 2018 jaguars

It’s a rare mistake by BB when not resigning a player. They could’ve had him on the cheap for at least two more years but then would’ve had to make a decision of whether to keep him after that. Hicks said something like the Pats upped the offer at the 11th hour, but he liked his role in Fangio’s scheme.
