So I was just driving through DC on my way back from Florida and I happen to be dial surfing and I came across The Team 980 the Redskins sports radio station and they were talking about Jordan Reed and one of the hosts was talking about trading him to the Patriots for a 3rd rounder he later said it probably would closer to a 5th rounder than a 3rd but I ask the question to the board would you trade a 4th Rounder for Jordan Reed if hes healthy hes one of the best TEs in the game but the last 3 years hes only played in 31 out of 48 and only started 21 during that time frame, hes signed for the next 3 years and his cap averages out to 8.5 per season. So would take a shot on him???
That's very ominous for Alex Smith. Not so fast... Washington is the worst team in the league when it comes to taking care of player injuries. This actually is why Trent Williams is holding out- so many players have had injuries there that were never properly taken care of.

And what team would that be?I wonder how he would fare with the team that has the best injury prevention and recovery program in the NFL.
Pats need a George Kittle, or at least an Austin Hooper, plus a developmental-type like Dawson Knox...oh wait...The Pats need a blocking TE, not another TE who can’t block. We have enough of those.

You can’t have everything, all the time. Let’s just say TE and LT are the weakest positions on the team. Something needs to be done about that.
