Kraft Orchids Case - Prosecuters Want a Tug Rule?

Chose not to fight. That’s a nice way of saying it. The man did a 180 and laid down for the 31 after a little pressure from the other owners. Who cares if we’re innocent right? Just fall in line, don’t rock the boat.

If you believe the Pats didn't deflate the balls, you're being foolish. Kraft realized trying to fight for Brady's lie wasn't worth it.

The injustice was the gross penalty (should have been a minor fine at most, no draft picks/suspensions) and hysteria that came from Deflategate, as it's actual impact on the game was irrelevant and moreso just a preference for Brady.

But they technically did do it so I'm not sure what you expected Kraft to realistically do.

I’m curious, who’s PSI reports are you going off of? Mortensens?

Yes. Yesssssss. This is what this thread needs. Please roll in something about the old logo, Jimmy G, and Malcolm Butler in to this rant. Do not stop posting no matter how ridiculous it gets. Let's get to 300 pages.

How did I not foresee PatsFan That Thinks DeflateGate Is Real coming? That's such an elite heel persona!

There is no way in hell that any draft picks are involved in Krafts punishment. Anyone who suggests that as a possib ility is simply trying to stir the pot

Secondly, Kraft took a bullet for the other owners when he decided to not fight Brady's suspension any further.
He was also instrumental in getting the CBA done. There is no way the owners vote him out...that is ridiculous.

Does he get suspended for 8 games or even 10- probably

Robert Kraft not expected to dispute prostitution charges

"Sources" state that Kraft video likely to be released to public and that he won't dispute charges.

If this occurs, it is truly sad for him and the organization. If the video is released, do you think he turn the CEO role over to Jonathan?

If that video goes public, seems like it would be difficult, perception wise for him to remain as CEO. I do not think the NFL would force him out, but possible he could go voluntarily.

You post this and call others foolish ?

The irony

I hope this is true. Accepting responsibility puts this behind the whole organization.

Clearly you failed 6th grade science or haven’t reached that grade level yet. In a few years you are in for some learning.

That video will kill him, I thought it was just a hand job vid which wouldn't be as big of a deal imo but a bj vid is a lot different optically. Either way he needs to figure out a way to make the videos go away if possible, is there a way through negotiation?

Agree with you except on the punishment. I think it will be about half of what you’re suggesting.

It's Goodell. Will probably be for the entire season. Not that I really care. "Suspending" an owner is one of the most meaningless punishments there is (unless it's a Marge Schott-like suspension).

Have an always sunny page on FB, found this gem today...

Peyton Manning knows a guy

https://htv-prod-media.s3.amazonaws.com/files/kraft-pc-affidavit-redacted-1551125662.pdf

That's the affidavit, in case you folks haven't read it yet. It states after his first session that he was positively identified on January 19th by officer Kimbark, who conducted a traffic stop, and identified Kraft, from his driver's license, in the passenger seat of his Bentley. Kraft then returned on the 20th and was identified again.

So the police stopped Kraft’s chauffeured Bentley in order to get a look at Kraft’s driver’s license. But Kraft wasn’t the driver, so how do the cops get his license? Is that ID fruit of the poisoned tree?

Simple, they asked for it.

Kraft getting his rocks off in a place supported by traffickers is an ugly look but to conflate him to a trafficker is absurd. I would bet 5 points of my 401k match that he was oblivious to the harsh reality the girls were subjected to.
That’s how I feel. I see a lot of people (mostly on others forums but also some here) talk about billionaires as if they are all geniuses who know anything and everything going on around them.

Quite honestly I have found a lot of them can be pretty clueless at times about a lot of things. (I am not saying this, like, from any personal experience I have associating with billionaires because I’ve never met one, I just mean based on how some behave in various circumstances on TV or in the news or whatever)

So, I have been reading this thread for a while, I read slow and I'm confused. When I started reading this I was just trying to figure out why Malcolm Butler didn't play in the Super Bowl, and by the time I get to the end of the thread Bob Kraft has been charged with solicitation and Malcolm plays for the Titans?!? This story keeps getting crazier!
If you want to talk crazy, just wait ‘til you get to the point in this thread where a bunch of idiots think we should keep Garoppolo because no QB over 40 has ever won a playoff game...
