Liked what they saw from Coleman? Dez coming?

Interesting. That's a lot of openings for this early in the season. Coleman could make some sense as a warm body, but I don't think he's ever been a returner, at least in the NFL.

College return stats:

Can they get Hansen on our PS??

Coleman is an absolute Beast on tape like Kontra said he threatens every part of the Field. I hope they can get his head on right.

Man, that's a lot of open roster spots all at once. I have to say I'm disappointed they let Hansen go, liked him. Really sucks about Hill.

Well, now we will hear the "Lets sign Dez" bs. 3 roster spots open, what to do? BB will be making some moves!

Hansen wasn’t going to do squat with the team without benefit of a training camp. In my opinion it was an upset he even stayed on the 53 for week 1. I suspect he’s heading for the practice squad and that was always the intention, once the initial roster setting wave was done.

McCarron was promoted specifically for one job. Can’t do that job, then he’s useless.

We’ll see how things go here. I’m guessing a street free agent running back with punt return experience and a street special teams specialist will be signed to replace Hill, and another PS guy will be promoted based on the Jaguars specifically and how they’ve looked to date so far. Could be King given his PS salary and the fact that Cannon isn’t 100% yet.

From a scouting report.

BOTTOM LINE Dangerous vertical talent with the ability to get over the top of defenders who fail to recognize his blazing quickness off the line of scrimmage. Coleman can get instant separation to create favorable passing windows and is one of the top playmakers in this draft. Coleman's issues with drops near the middle of the field could be a concern if teams see him next as a slot receiver due to his lack of size. Regardless, he can line up outside and win and he offers immediate punt return help.

NFL Events: Combine Player Profiles - Corey Coleman

That last sentence is likely why they're working him out.

3 open roster spots:

WR- We need more depth...hopefully NOT Dez.

RT- Cannon is always hurt, Waddle is also injury prone.

RB- Need to replace Hill

That's a very odd scouting report, given he returned 3 punts for 9 yards in his entire college career, and has never been a returner at the NFL level. o_O

Trade for Kelley from Wash. Give em a 6th rounder.

Bill is just doing Linda a favor; She wants to appraise his shoe collection.

We can use him as a Decoy in nine routes exclusively.

Buffalo QB's are having problems with the Bills playbook so that should tell ya.:)

I gave you a funny rating, but I figured this deserved a serious response, too. The Bills brought in an ex-Patriot guy to run the offense, so the playbook probably reflects what the Patriots use, even if it's been modified a bit. That obviously doesn't bode well for Coleman.

Brian Daboll is the OC up there. Never my fav.
