Tedy Bruschi is on ESPN swinging the hammer. To paraphrase, he says he is not satisfied, that we need to look at the report again, that it was biased, that the balls were not deflatedv, that they intentionally used the wrong gauge to mislead, that McNally went to the bathroom to go to the bathroom, that the NFL has been manipulating the process the whole time, that Goodell should have been fired a long time ago. He's pissed.

I love Bruschi! Give them hell!

Remember when Troy Vincent.... ummm... I mean unnamed source told Stephen A Smith that if Brady wanted to appeal to the Federal Court he should bring it on because the NFL welcomes their day in court and Brady would regret bringing it to court? I guess the NFL is just waiting for the appeal to the Second Circuit to drop the Belichick was behind all of this bombshell.

Bob Lee is such a c**t.

Ahh, okay, that's the fat *******'s name. Didn't know who he was before today, wish I didn't know it now.

**** him. Keeps calling Bruschi out for non non-objective, as if he is. Fat, stupid ****.

Until the NFL actually files an appeal, this could just be them trying to save what little face they have left in their latest PR stunt.

Teddy killing it.

Just a reminder of why we love the guy so much.

MAN OF HONOR AND INTEGRITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wish he understood spygate was not filming signals but from an unauthorized position. Filming signals was legal.

Yes. When I started reading source docs, I was shocked at v+ poor evidence quality. Not at issue on appeal but gross

@StephStradley J. Berman called infraction "alleged" repeatedly. Strong signal of irrelevant but personal belief in Brady's innocence.

I would like to see Tedy body slam that fata$$

One disturbing note from Berman according to Judy Batista, Berman noted that Roger Goodell was deemed to be an impartial arbiter. First that kind of blows my mind, and I worry about what impact that tidbit might have in appeal.

Then off course since I haven't read the decision myself (and I doubt Judy did either), I love if someone more proactive will confirm or deny this surprising remark.

BTW- Judy did say this was the only positive for the NFL. The rest was totally in favor of the NFLPA

This is not true. Berman did not rule on this issue or two other Brady/NFLPA claims (see page 39 of decision). He kept it narrow and legal on three points: 1) notice; 2) Pash; 3) denial of access to investigation documents.

To provide a little faraway flavour...

In Thailand and Laos, the word for the number five is "Ha", so when someone posts something funny on Facebook, a typical response is "555", similar to "LOL". As that's the quest for this season, I think it particularly apropos.

55555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555555!

Need to know reasons. Is there no re-arbitration?

http://www.nysd.uscourts.gov/cases/show.php?db=special&id=484

No re-arbitration. In a nutshell, 1) the NFL did not give advance notice of discipline associated with being generally aware of acts by another person, 2) the NFL did not allow Brady to question accusers associated with the Wells report, 3) the NFL did not establish that the 4 games suspension was in any way associated with PED use as precedent and prior notice of what the penalty would be, 4) the report on which the award was based denied Brady due process, a precondition of such investigations. The NFL got clobbered.

Bob Lee is such a c**t.

He's acting like a jerk and an idiot and Schefter and Bruschi are making him look like a fool.

He falsely claims that it has never been explained that why Jastremski and McNally were suspended implying that they were guilty. He said no one knows that answer with a sarcastic attitude. Schefter speaks up and says, I know why. They were suspended because they NFL told the Pats to. Lee let's out a big sarcastic smile and Schefter responds with a straight face,"That's what happened."

Go Schefter, f Bob Lee.

Woah. It was overturned on notice. That's going to make it hard for the NFL to win any appeal. And they can't just go back to arbitration because there is no fix for that.

Yup!!

Notice was the most important of the 4 to vacate on for those exact reasons.

Man... I would literally pay $500 pay per view to see the tantrum that Goodell is throwing right now

Regardless of what happens man, Goodell has made a fool out of him self.

A complete fool.

Haha and he's not finished yet, he's already publicly vowed that the NFL WILL be appealing this decision to the 2nd circuit court

Hahahahahahhaa F**K OFF GOODELL, YOU SLIMEY PIECE OF SH*T!!!!!!

This was another nfl bag job. Schefter was the first to report that these guys were suspended at the NFL's behest but goodell denied this in SF meeting.

I think technically, Goodell was right. I read that it was basically "are you going to suspend them or will we" and the Pats figured they might as well. Nowhere in there is a request by the league to suspend them, although it was certainly implied.

Someone needs to sit Rodger down and teach him what the word integrity actually means.
But article 46 doesn't require him to be fair.

This is true, but if Pash being excluded was the only issue, then the NFL could rearbitrate and make him available. It's the 'no notice' argument that prevents rearbitration altogether, so that's the one that really needs to stand.
Yeah, if it's just Pash then they re-do the arbitration, probably still with Goodell as arbitrator, and he just rules that Pash's testimony doesn't change his mind. At worst whatever information Pash testifies on will be an embarrassment to the NFL, but the commissioner has proved he is too shameless to care about tarnishing the league.
