Brady appeal transcript is now public

This changes nothing people just will always use the cellphone angle as a proof he's guilty.

Only part way through it....but 2 things Kessler says they weren't allowed to ask Vincent about delegation of punishment. ...why not? And also they objected several times to Kessler questions to wells saying it's privileged information. ......how can it be privileged if he's suppose to be neutral?

Kessler was interviewing Ted Snyder.

Who was the Dean of the Yale School of Management, who is one of the leading experts in statistical analysis in the world
So snyder is a witness provided by the NFLPA ?

FIFA and the Boxing Federations have nothing on Goodell's NFL executioners.

No kidding...Im more apt to believe sworn testimony from the Nevada Gaming Commission than these muckos

Finally: I'm not sure how any of this changes the court case. The court case isn't about determining guilt, it's about if the NFL followed a process under the CBA. I think it can be debated either way. At the end of the day this is all going to fall on the judge. I'm certainly willing to hear how this changes the court case.

The fact (and it is indeed a fact) that Goodell lied about Brady's explanation for his phone calls to Jastremski should definitely factor into the case. Goodell used that in his decision to uphold the appeal, but it was a lie. That is an unfair/incorrect use of his power.

Another big factor is that Wells testified as saying he did not want Brady's phone and that whether or not Brady handed over his phone/documents would not factor into his decision. That further suggests punishment was handed down unfairly.

Finally, the fact that Reisner was doing the questioning at the appeal hearing yet was also part of the investigation undermines the independence of the investigation altogether.

There's a lot that reveals this whole thing to be a complete sham, but I think those three points should be factors in the actual case. (I'm not a lawyer, but I have a good feeling about this Judge Berman).

Alternatively, the NFL will realize that they now look like complete bumbling fools, and will "do the right thing", own up to it, and exonerate Brady/reduce the suspension. But let's not kid ourselves.

The "privileged" line got developed pretty well there from what I can tell as a non-lawyer. It seems to be "Okay we're not independent, the NFL pays our bills, and we know which side our bread is buttered on. NOW it's privileged, right?"

"COMMISSIONER GOODELL: Mr. Kessler, who did this come from?
MR. KESSLER: The petition?
COMMISSIONER GOODELL: Yes.
MR. KESSLER: The quarterbacks and the League all signed it.
COMMISSIONER GOODELL: I know. I signed it. But who did it come from?
THE WITNESS: Peyton.
COMMISSIONER GOODELL: Peyton?
THE WITNESS: Manning."

But we would have missed the best Super Bowl, raping the colts, beating manning and embarrassing harbaugh.

Sometimes we have to make a sacrifice for the greater good.

If we got all these goodies (from the NFL LEague offices) from the appeal transcript, imagine what nuggets could be unearthed from their emails and texts. Seriously, these guys think on such a different level that their either delusional or feel they are completely untouchable.

Why is no one surprised about this? We really all should have boycotted the NFL for 2 years after the Ray Rice incident. The evidence of who the tyrant and the group of the corrupt 32 really were is right there!
I pray everyday that someone releases proof that Goodell had the elevator video .... still praying and hopeful.

Again it starts with jets. Brady had said from that jet game earlier in year that footballs were like 16psi and too hard and never was addressed. NFL* played that card using it when it should have been corrected. Goodell*, NFL* wanted their reports public to be worded for negative Public Opinion towards Brady and who better to give it to, Mort, Stephen A. Brady's turn.
