NFL came out and said it's often a judgement call by refs that a WR is "close enough" to the line to qualify. Seems like the kind of thing that should be a fairly objective call but apparently it's more art than science. I'm not gonna be a Seattle/Steelers/Ravens fan and whine about the refs...

Would not at all surprise me see them take him or Engram at 32 and double dip in midrounds with Butt. TE depth just too good not to this year.
