What’s there not to like about McCarthy? He seems to have all the tools with good arm strength, decent mobility and all the intangibles. He’s also 3 years younger than Daniels. If Maye isn’t there at 3, I’d be fine with McCarthy.

Wow, just read Bedard & I’m starting to think this is the best thing the Pats have done this offseason. This guy can coach. And he wanted the Giants to draft Mahomes. The offense might be OK, once they get some talent, with McAdoo & Van Pelt. Certainly could have done a lot worse.

I’m good with Caley. Knows the Pats traditional Perkins/Earhart offense and can modernize it with McVay concepts. It would even be better if they can bring McDaniels back to oversee the Offense and provide council for Caley. They supposedly have a great working relationship.
