There's a difference between speculation among media and insiders than front page stories. Belichick didn't get to the point where his relationship with Jordon was a focus while in New England. That's not to say he didn't make many mistakes during 2022 and 2023.

Two things. Maye's taken so many hits in the last three games that it's almost impossible to believe that he isn't hurting in some way. He has very rarely taken "Josh Allen" hits where he doesn't slide downfield...he's been hit mainly because his protection fell apart or the pocket collapsed...
