What I love about **** like this is if the Colts offered the 4th overall in 2023 for Daniel Jones the drama/fallout would have been _unreal_.
But a tiny bit of time passes and suddenly people are like 'of course it makes sense that Daniel Jones beat out the 2023 #4OA pick.'
There's guys here that do exactly the same thing. Fall in love with athleticism over football skills.What I love about it is how a front office can spend up to 2 years evaluating prospects to gauge how they will perform as pro’s, then take guys like Richardson and Trey Lance based purely on the fact that they are great athletes when they don’t have anything close to the quarterback skills needed to make it in the NFL. What a waste of a pick.
